Dale Jr. High Lancer Site & Community Council (LS&CC) supports the school’s vision and mission through an integrated approach that combines academic excellence, student wellness, family engagement, and community partnerships.
The LS&CC serves as both the School Site Council (SSC) and the Community Schools Site Team (CSST). This unified body ensures that decisions and resources are aligned to support the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and the Community Schools framework, advancing equity, improving student outcomes, and strengthening our Dale community.
The LS&CC promotes a collaborative culture among administration, teachers, support staff, students, and parents that fosters educational equity and shared responsibility for the success of every Lancer. Anyone is welcome.
